She has written articles on the benefits of mediation and collaborative divorce for families, including on how these processes improve the mental health of children in divorce.
Alison is an executive committee member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association's Family Law Section and also a board member of the South Bay Bar Association (SBBA) and co-chair of the SBBA’s Family Law Section.
