Resilience is defined as the ability to bounce back after adversity. It’s like the pinnacle of mental health. Being able to endure and be resilient at the same time is a tough thing to do. The wonderful thing is, resilience can be taught.

Jennifer Van Rossum is a licensed Psycho Therapist in private practice at Cornerstone Counseling. She provides therapy to both teens and adults. Offering resilience and mental strength training.
