Disrupting Divorce: Conversations for Women

Mar 19, 2021

In this episode Rhonda welcomes her friend and a fellow podcaster Kimberly Warner. Kimberly shares about her experience of going through divorce after 19 years of marriage, dealing with attorneys and the importance of asking the right questions, even if your process is amicable.

Here are some of Kimberly’s thoughts on the subject:

  1. It does take time, and I think you have to do something for yourself. Pick up a new hobby, or a new habit, or something that you really want to do to start healing.
  2. You have to be authentic and honest with yourself and know that you deserve more – and be strong enough to ask the questions and to say what you want.
  3. Figure out who your tribe is, the people that can support you, and stand there and hold your hand through it.

Our guest today was Kimberly Warner. Kimberly has a podcast called Fearlessly Authentique. She is also a boutique owner, and also owns a candle factory.

Here’s how Kimberly describes herself: I’m a mom to two wonderful children, a creative designer, and a serial entrepreneur. And yes, trust me, I have fears too… sometimes daily. But I’ve learned how to overcome the barriers and channel those energies to live life on my terms. Now, I want to help you do the same.
